  Joseph Buck Persohn, Jr., 78, of Beaumont, Texas, died Saturday, October 22, 2011, at Harbor Hospice in Beaumont. A native and lifelong resident of Beaumont, he was born June 25, 1933, and retired from Dollinger Steel as chief draftsman. J.B. graduated in 1951 from Beaumont High School. He enjoyed his retired years spending time at the Wellness Center exercising and playing racquetball. He also enjoyed playing bridge at the Beaumont Bridge Studio. Survivors include his wife, June Rose Persohn; children, Patty Lynn Spitzer and her husband Corbin and Joseph B. Persohn III and his wife, Lenita; and five grandchildren.
